I have given thought to how to respond the President's State of the Union address last night. There was so much wrong with that I just can't comment. I can only say that this is the speech The President should have given last night.

"Madame Speaker, Vice President Biden, members of Congress, justices of the Supreme Court, distinguished guests, and fellow Americans, good evening:

Our Constitution declares that I shall from time to time give the Congress information of the State of the Union and recommend for their consideration such measures I shall judge necessary and expedient. It is this event that brings us together tonight.

The State of Union is grim and we, the Congress and I, all to blame for that. So starting now, things are going to change.

First, stop with the applause. Our nation is suffering and doesn't want hear your applause.

Secondly, sit down, listen and open your minds, as you are about to hear concepts never before made from this podium.

Third, let's get down to business.

Every Thursday for the past 6 Months, Government Officials have raided homes and businesses -- sometimes at Gunpoint, sometimes with a Warrant, and sometimes with nothing more then the burly bodies that intimidate those about to be oppressed.

Some cases of oppression by NAIS and government enforcers that deserve much wider attention: Stowers, Greg Niewendorp, Steve Hixon, Emmanuel Miller, Paul Griepentrog, Sharon Palmer. The oppressors plan to oppress us all.

Today -- Thursday of course -- H.R. 1105 is awaiting assignment to Committee in the U.S. Senate. It stands poised to allocate $289 million to APHIS for the implementation of the National Animal Identification System. It also outlines the time frame to implement in 2009 the tracking of 33 species.

The treacherous U.S. House managed to pass this "Omnibus 2009" in 24 hours, and we have no reason to believe that the U.S. Senate will not pass it quickly and eagerly as well.

What are you going to do? We as living human beings do not go to the polls to elect officials to represent Multi-National Corporations or Lobbyists paid by groups attempting to get their piece of the pie.

The only way to continue the U.S. war effort and fix the following problems is by the national draft policy. Our Government has not started the draft, choosing instead to continue using recruitment techniques for a voluntary military in order to maintain its present level of public support for the policy of preemptive wars. The draft would create much greater resistance to the war by bringing the war home to more people who want to stay out of it.

One paragraph from that article tells us about the values of Ron Paul.
"If it was just for the presidency, it would have ended a long time ago," says supporter Tom Martin, 50, a database administrator from State College, Pa. "The idea was to reinvigorate the Republican Party back to its principles and, more than that, to reinvigorate the American people back to its principles."

If we learn anything it is this, only when enough of us become candidates to campaign, not for the office we seek, but for the message, will America survive.

Demand a prompt written response to the following urgent issues by USA Congress and the following legislative actions:

UNCAP AND DRILL U.S.A. OIL WELLS: By 4/17/2008 US Senate, and by 4/18/2008, US House, should pass a bill providing a "price-support" (tax credits, etc.) of $25 to $30/barrel of oil and $4.00/1,000 cu. ft. of natural gas; and that adds incentives to increase U.S. oil refinery capacity. This would prevent OPEC monopoly (CARTEL) from dropping its prices below these price supports to stop or greatly reduce U.S. domestic oil/natural gas production, as it did at $10.00/barrel in 1998. President Bush should sign this bill by 4/21/2008, and it should require him to have his Departments of Interior, Agriculture, and Bureau of Land Management on 4/22/2008 to start proper increased leases for oil/natural gas production on most or all of Federal Lands in several western states (e.g. Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico) and other USA states, especially on Gull Island and other parts of Alaska's North Slope Petroleum Reserve separately west of Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR). One to three months after President Bush signs this bill, these actions should greatly start increasing our domestic oil/natural gas reproduction from private and federal the lands in these USA states and off-shore in Gulf of Mexico and USA West and Southeast Coast waters - ESPECIALLY from ALASKA'S LONG-CAPPED Gull Island Well. In a year or so. this should reduce our oil imports from 60% to 20% or so (most from Mexico) of our oil consumption, with NO IMPORTS from IRAQ MIDEAST/OPEC monopoly. Exports of Alaskan/Other USA oil and natural gas production should be prohibited.

Details:

There is a hearing on a resolution by Judy Morrison at the KS state house on St. Patrick's Day, Monday, Mar 17, 2008, at 1:30 PM Central time in room 313-S (third floor, south wing, the "old supreme court room"). The resolution is supposed to be against KS participation in the NAU/SPP.

Amidst a firestorm of opposition to the Trans Texas Corridor the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) held the second annual Texas Transportation Forum on Wednesday, July 18 through Friday, July 20 at the downtown Hilton in Austin, Texas. The Trans Texas Corridor would be part of the planned NAFTA superhighway running from Mexico to Canada.

The forum was attended by what amounts to Texas Governor Rick Perry's constituency: highway construction companies, related contractors and sub-contractors, civil engineers, attorneys, bankers, international investors, and various state and federal bureaucrats, all seeing dollar signs in their eyes as they came together to discuss strategy and tactics aimed at conning the people of Texas into paying for their own economic and national demise by forcing Texas motorists to pay tolls on new and existing highways. Most attendees were there to promote their various business interests, but many were there to facilitate building the super-corridor system needed to make possible the North American Union — a merger of the United States, Canada, and Mexico into a single economic, political, military, educational, and cultural entity.

Rick Perry's vision for Texas, the Trans Texas Corridor, made it through the State Legislature in 2003. H.B. 3588, the enabling bill for the Trans Texas Corridor and, hence, the largest spending bill in the state's history, became law in large part because Texas' mainstream press, used as a watchdog, was inexplicably asleep.

Because some people who vocally oppose amnesty are supportive of the war, the ideological connection between support of the war and amnesty is often masked. If there is a single word explaining the reasons why we continue to fight unpopular wars and see legislation like the amnesty bill nearly become law, that word is "globalism."

House Betrayal: FDA tyranny to become law: HR.2900 analysis by Mike Adams

On July 11, 2007, the U.S. House of Representatives passed HR 2900, blocking debate on the law and preventing the introduction of any amendments that might have provided meaningful drug safety protections for consumers. This action demonstrates that the House of Representatives, much like the Senate, is utterly controlled by Big Pharma and has abandoned any responsibility to defend the interests of the voters. Drug companies now have complete control over the U.S. Congress, and through a campaign of intense lobbying and financial influence, they have managed to easily water down a law that once proposed to end the American monopoly on pharmaceuticals and ban advertising on new drugs.

Instead of placing new restrictions on Big Pharma and the increasingly dangerous power of the FDA, this new law (a combination of HR.2900 and S.1082, when it is hammered out in conference) grants more power to the FDA while deepening the financial ties between the agency and drug companies. The law effectively surrenders America to a system of medical tyranny under which a criminally-operated FDA will continue to promote pharmaceuticals, censor nutritional education and discredit alternatives that threaten drug company profits. Nothing in the new law protects consumers' access to dietary supplements or natural medicine.

Congress had the potential to pass a really good law here -- one that would have ended direct-to-consumer advertising, banned conflicts of interest at the FDA, required the open source publication of drug trials and ended the U.S. monopoly on pharmaceuticals. Instead, Congress chose to do none of these things. It staged a song and dance about "FDA reform" while selling out the future of America's health to a tiny but powerful group of ultra-wealthy corporations that now virtually rule this country. There is nothing in the new law worth celebrating unless, of course, you are the CEO or major shareholder of a Big Pharma corporation, in which case you will like be stunned at just how cheaply and easily U.S. lawmakers can be bought.

Chuck Baldwin - The Worst Tragedy Of The Bush Presidency

It gives me no pleasure to say that the George W. Bush presidency has been an absolute and dismal failure! In fact, the Bush II regime is worse than those of Richard Nixon, Jimmy Carter, and even Bill Clinton. The only potential bright spot to his legacy might be a slight swing to the right to life by his two Supreme Court appointments. However, the verdict is still out on that. Take away Bush's Supreme Court picks, and there is nothing left but failure, frustration, fatigue, and futility.

On the domestic front, the Bush presidency leaves us with gargantuan growth of federal spending and meddling. Bush's obsession with spying on American citizens eclipses anything Nixon did or Clinton dreamed of doing. His Patriot Act is taken right out of the Nazi handbook, and his arrogance regarding constitutional accountability is unknown in America since at least the days of Abraham Lincoln.

Concerning foreign affairs, the Bush presidency will forever be linked to the failed and potentially fatal war in Iraq. I say fatal, because the ultimate results of Bush's obsession for war with Iraq are not yet fully realized. One thing is sure: our unconstitutional war in Iraq has created many more enemies than it has eliminated, and the overall impact on the morale of both our troops and the American citizenry rivals the effects of the Vietnam War and perhaps even surpasses them.

Senate Amnesty Betrayal: Last chance to convince Senate!

The Senate is making their move on the Illegal Immigration Amnesty/Pardon Bill today (6/28/2007). They already got cloture with 66 votes! Two-thirds of the Senate are open traitors to the American people, and Sen. Brownback, Presidential Doubtful, was one of them.

* It gives illegal aliens fast track citizenship.
* It gives social security benefits on the first visit.
* Illegal aliens can stay here and get these perks.
* Each illegal alien can bring in 11 other family members.
* Aggravated Felons and Gang Members can become legalized by signing a piece of paper (they already routinely falsify documents; what is one more fraud?).
* In-state tuition rates at colleges are given to them.
* Back taxes not paid (for work done illegally) are forgiven for the aliens (not for Americans, not even Mexican Americans).
* It requires US Citizens to have a National ID Card to work!

The word is that George Bush wants to sign this Death to America on July 4th. They plan to push it through the House over the weekend. As a side note, if you haven't heard: George Bush has made himself dictator in any emergency he that he might declare.
