[This Page|Printable PDF|All Flyers]

Why Reform?

Your family's interests as well as ours are being trampled upon by the self-interests of our elected officials who:

Constantly seek to increase the size of our already enormous government;

Further raise our taxes any time their pet projects are short of funds;

Ignore or scorn our desires for morality and justice in government;

Tolerate and even encourage the flood of illegal aliens into our country;

Take away our constitutionally protected rights by unethical activity;

Allow activist judges to make laws without authority and accountability;

Steer us toward centralized federal control and one-world government.

Press Release - Reform Party USA Endorses Summer-Long Gas Boycott

The Reform of the United States of America, through its National Committee, sponsors and endorses a symbolic Summer National Gas Boycott, extending through Aug. 31, 2007 and asks all who are alarmed by the unprecedented gas prices and gas price increases which appear to have little relation to crude oil prices, to join the Reform Party of the United States of America ("RPUSA") and participate in this Summer expression of public outrage by boycotting all gasoline purchases from all major oil companies and purchasing only from independent or locally owned gas stations.

A public press release notice of the endorsement of this Summer 2007 gas boycott is authorized and directed by the RPUSA National Committee for immediate media distribution, e-mail reflector, and website publication by the RPUSA.

All other responsible RPUSA Committees are discharged of this matter.

Vote for Joseph Martin

Our constitutional republic prevents tyrannical government by a separation of powers, with the executive and legislative branches accountable to the voting public; this safeguard is subverted if the vote cannot be verified to be accurate by the public.
Computerized voting machines pose many threats to our democratic election process, since malfunctions can lose votes, and vote counts cannot be independently verified.

The cost of doing business in Kansas continues to rise.

We need to make sure that only legal Kansas residents can register to vote in Kansas.

If you want reform, Vote Reform!

Vote Joseph Martin For Secretary of State

Candidate Flyer: Roger Tucker for U.S. Congress

In consideration of our American values and the issues that are before us, we feel there is a great need to promote political REFORM and a political party that will work to unify the American people in patriotism for our laws of liberty that are written in our Constitution and to promote patriotism for standing in defense of our Constitution as being our supreme law in times of war as well as in peace. We pledge that we will not surrender our laws of liberty or our unalienable rights to any enemy.

Why Reform Eminent Domain?

[This Post|Printable PDF|Printable Flyers]

Eminent Domain is the issue at our doors today. We know that "the power to tax is the power to destroy." A more direct and immediately destructive power is the power to condemn private property with Eminent Domain. The current abuse of Eminent Domain for private development calls for Reform! The Reform Party of Kansas is against the use of Eminent Domain for private development.

In a government "for the people, of the people, and by the people," the power of Eminent Domain in the hands of our elected officials must be carefully scrutinized by the electorate and only tolerated with great trepidation and disappointment that a mutually satisfactory agreement could not be reached - and then only for obviously public works.

The attempt to use Eminent Domain to condemn Jerry's Bike Shop did not come from the people. It came from the efforts of a private developer that could have directly negotiated with an existing, well-established, 25-year old Topeka business, or that could have adjusted their plans to work around such a business. To see this developer instead take their case to the city government with designs to become successful with another person's property and with "forward-looking" promises to the city of increased revenue is beyond words! That a city government would even consider such a proposal is outrageous: that one person's business should be handed over to another private entity for the advancement of all but the original owner!
